Product Characteristics
Quick-Dyeing Repair Agent is developed specifically for the disperse dyeing of polyester fabrics. It boasts excellent dyeing acceleration and migration properties, enabling it to replace various traditional dyeing auxiliaries and achieve the application value of "one agent with multiple effects". It can significantly speed up the dyeing rate of disperse dyes, improve dye uptake, effectively reduce the residual amount of unabsorbed dyes in the dye bath, and lower dye loss. The product accurately overcomes common defects in polyester fabric dyeing such as uneven dyeing, color stains, and poor levelness. It also has a repairing effect on existing color unevenness and stains, greatly improving the qualified rate of dyed products. By shortening the dyeing time (compared with conventional processes), reducing energy consumption, and decreasing pollutant emissions from dyeing wastewater, it balances production efficiency and environmental protection requirements.
Quick-Dyeing Repair Agent is particularly suitable for color correction when uneven dyeing or color stains occur after disperse dyeing of polyester. It also has excellent dispersibility, which can prevent the aggregation of disperse dye particles and crystal growth. The color shade remains basically unchanged after reprocessing, and it can make more migrated dyes re-dye onto the fibers, thereby minimizing the impact on color shade. The product is phosphorus-free, halogen-free, and APEO-free, making it safe and environmentally friendly.
